Rick Burwick, Lead Pastor
Rick Burwick has been the pastor of 360 Church since the fall of 2001.
Pastor Rick has a Master’s degree in Church Leadership and Christian Ministries. He exudes a passion for reaching every authenticity and generation of people in the Lawrence Community. Pastor Rick is grateful for the experience in the private business sector and the privilege to work in the corporate marketplace, which better prepared him to rebuild churches and plan new areas of ministry through the team concept. He assisted in founding and currently sits on the board for Heartland Community Health Center (HCHC). Pastor Rick exemplifies a 360 frame of mind to ministry; emphasizing the importance of the psychological, physical, financial, familial, as well as spiritual needs of the congregation.
Pastor Monica Burwick
Monica leads a team of church volunteers to head up the 360 Kids and Journey Ministries.
She is a licensed pastor. Monica facilitates bible studies for Life Groups and/or women’s ministry at times. Monica has a passion for young people and is a strong advocate for our youth. Monica is a great source of support and prayer to all.
